Fiberfrax Ceramic Fiber Coating and Patches

Fiberfrax QF180 is a brush on high temperature cement used as a surface coating for Ceramic fiber. Recommended operating temperature is 2300 deg F. Available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon pails.

LDS Moldable is a ceramic fiber based putty used for patching ceramic fiber board or blanket linings, This product also cam patch joints and cracks in cast or brick linings. LDS Moldable can be applied by caulking, troweling, or hand packing. LDS Moldable is available in caulking tubes or 5 gallon pails. Available in our Store.

Silplate Mass is a hot face coating material for use over ceramic fiber modules and insulating bricks. This product can be troweled on, and can be used at temperatures up to 2732 F. Silplate Mass is used to form a surface that is highly resistant to abrasion and flame impingement. Silplate Mass is available in 5 gallon pails

Rescobond 3000 is a dense refractory mix for patching cast or brick linings. This product utilizes a phos-bond  binder that adheres to existing refractories. Rescobond 3000 can be applied by casting or troweling. Rescobond 3000 is excellent for patching worn hearths. Rescobond 3000 is available in 55lb bags. Available in our Store.

Resco 22 Caulk is a ready to use high alumina caulking material for filling joints and cracks in dense refractory linings. 22 Caulk is a phos-bonded product that will adhere well to existing refractories.
