Forging Furnaces
Armil CFS furnaces are leaders in the forging industry and range from pre-engineered natural gas fired Tru-Forge® slot furnaces and Tru-Heat® box furnaces to custom designed systems engineered for specific applications. Forge Furnaces can include temperature uniformity to +/- 5°F NADCAP, data collection, full automation, recuperation, pressure control, oxygen trim, and emission compliance/control. Both box furnaces and slot forging furnace designs reach high temperatures of 2,450°F.
Each furnace is a viable option for forging ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. These forging furnaces can be used for billet heating, annealing or tempering.
