Investment Casting Continuous Furnaces

Armil CFS manufactures pusher and roller hearth  furnaces for processing of molds for the investment casting industry. Furnaces can be used preheat, dewax, and curing operations. Furnaces are designed for 1700°F—2250°F with 25°F uniformity.

Pusher furnaces  allow for minimum handling of molds, and are available in one, two, or three row configurations. Both manual and automated mold handling systems are available.

Pusher furnaces for dewax operations can incorporate integral incineration, utilizing the furnace chamber to burn out wax materials. This design may eliminate the need for an afterburner.

Pusher furnaces for preheat locate flues at the charge end of the furnace and burners  at the exit end. Cold molds will absorb heat from the hot waste gasses providing more efficient  use of available heat.
