Investment Casting Batch Furnaces

Armil CFS manufactures box furnaces for batch processing of molds for the investment casting industry. Armil CFS offers both pre-engineered Tru-Heat® furnaces and custom designed box furnaces for special requirements. Furnaces can be designed for use as pre-heat or  burn-out  with afterburner. Flash-fire furnaces are also available.

Tru-Heat® Furnaces can be used at operating temperatures from 450°F to 2200°F. True Heat furnaces include Allen Bradley PLC/HMI, Honeywell limit controllers, and Low NOx burners. Furnaces come with a standard 6” thick Fiberfrax ceramic fiber lining, with an optional 9”thick lining available. True Heat furnaces come standard with an insulated flue, a low NOx Tru-Burn afterburner is also available.
