WDS Ultra
WDS Ultra is a 13-16 pcf microporous board encased in polyethylene liner. This product can be used in refractory back up applications up tp 1800°F.
Microporous Insulation
Armil CFS offers microporous insulations for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. The microporous insulations possess excellent thermal conductivities, better than that of still air. The extremely low thermal conductivities of Armil CFS microporous products save weightand energy. Microporous products offer excellent thermal stability, and allow for consistent operating temperatures. Microporous core materials are composed of a combination of fumed silica, reinforcing fibers, and special opacifiers to minimuize transfer of infrared radiation. Moisture can destroy the microporous structure of the insulation. To protect from moisture and improve handling, microporous boards and panels can be enclosed in a poly shell or high temperature cloth.
Dynaguard Board
Dynaguard Board is available in panels or fabricated to customer specs. Boards can be encased in poly for moisture protection. Dynaguard board is commonly used as back up insulation in furnaces and kilns.

Dynaguard Flex is a microporous panel encased in a quilted high temperature cloth shell. Dynaguard flex can be used as back up insulation in irregularly shaped vessels.
