Marinite Calcium Silicate Structural Insulation & Transite Fiber Cement Board

Armil CFS distributes and fabricates BNZ Materials’ Marinite calcium silicate board and Transite fiber cement boards/
Marinite boards,  available in several grades, are monolithic, incombustible boards manufactured by combining silica, lime, and reinforcing fibers under hydraulic pressure. The Marinite calcium silicate
Boards formed offer excellent thermal shock resisistance and low thermal conductivity. Marinite products are offered in densities from 47—85 pcf, and temperature resistance to 1800ͦ F.

Transite boards, available in 2 grades, are high density, non-asbestos boards composed of Portland cement and refractory fibers
For applications requiring high strength, thermal stability and electrical insulating properties. Transite products are non conductive and have good resistance to alkalies and solvents.

Marinite® I

Marinite®I is an incombustible calcium silicate board providing structure and insulation in a single, high strength product. Marinite I is a 46 pcf damage resistant, non corroding, and water resistant panel providing fire safety, insulation, minimal maintenance and fast, easy fabrication. Marinite I is used in oven and dryer construction, and in other housings designed to contain heat. Marinite I is also used in fire stops, fire walls, cable trays, and fire doors.
