Refund policy

Materials purchased at the Armil web site are returnable for credit subject to the following conditions:

A)  Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase date.

B)  Returned products must be in their original packaging.

C)  Only products in new unused condition can be returned for credit.

D)  Customers returning products are responsible for all return freight charges.

E)  Products returned for credit must be of current product design & specifications.

F)  Used mterial, Special order, and non standard tools are not returnable.

Warranty returns are subject to the following return conditions:

A)  All items must be shipped freight prepaid to Armil CFS.

B)  Items returned under warranty will be for exchange only, no credit will be issued.

C)  Warranty replacements are subject to inspection for misuse prior to being replaced..

D)  Special order and non standard materials are not returnable for warranty replacement.

E)  Materials replaced by Armil under warranty will be shipped back to you freight free.

F)  Products returned to Armil for warranty will remain the property of Armil and will not be returned.
