Armil CFS, Inc has shipped two (2) natural gas fired Tru-Heat® box furnaces with integrated afterburners designed to burnout and pre-heat investment casting molds to a major West Coast manufacturer of aerospace components. Inside chamber size is 8” wide x 7’ deep with a working height of 4’. Furnaces are designed for an operating temperature range of 450°F to 1800°F with +/- 25°F uniformity in the work zone.
For energy savings, furnace is programmed with weekend mode and automated afterburner idle. This furnace utilizes combustion, control, and refractory components supplied by leading American manufacturers.
