Investment Casting – Continuous Furnaces
Armil CFS manufactures pusher and roller hearth furnaces for the investment casting industry. Each furnace is designed to customer specifications, utilizing a heavy duty construction and the latest in burner and control technology. Every Armil CFS furnace is lined with a combination of ceramic fiber, high quality firebrick and cast refractory products.
Continuous furnaces can be designed with intergrated afterburners or integral incineration. Armil CFS furnaces withintegral incineration do not require an afterburner!
“Load Recuperation” is also available in continuous furnaces. Molds absorb heat from waste gasses, providing more efficient use of available heat.
